Before

Performed under general anesthesia with continuous monitoring of heart rate, oxygenation, respiration and temperature. 30–60 minutes depending on size and sex. Patient stays at the clinic until full recovery.

- Quiet and warm for first 24 hours
- Elizabethan collar for 7–10 days
- Limited activity 10–14 days
- Suture removal at 10–14 days
- Contact us for bleeding, swelling or lethargy
